1. Grows best in warm, humid tropical climate with partial to full sunlight.

2. Prefers deep, well-drained loamy soil rich in organic matter (pH 6.0–7.5).

3. Propagated through seeds, air-layering, or grafting for true-to-type plants.

4. Maintain spacing of 4 × 4 m when planted in the field or large garden areas.

5. Apply 10–15 kg FYM/compost per plant during planting for healthy establishment.

6. Fertilize with NPK 15:15:15 twice a year to support growth and flowering.

7. Water weekly, keeping soil moist but avoiding waterlogging, especially in young plants.

8. Mulching helps retain moisture and reduces weed growth around the base.

9. Control pests like scale insects and leaf borers with neem oil sprays.
